Affordable accommodation for a family stay
Location is good. Rooms were very comfortable. Swimming pool was great for kids.
Didn't seem to ever be a lot of staff on duty, for that reason mainly we never tried the resort restaurant . It also seemed to be closed at odd times? Perhaps a staffing issue?

Very Good
The resort is well situated, with a short drive from the main street of Port Douglas. The facilities were very good and I believe value for money.
Only there for a short time, so really don't have anything I could say I didn't like.

A nice family stay in Port Douglas
The biggest highlight was the location as it was very close to town and beaches. The pool was awesome and the kids loved it. Staff was friendly and ready to assist at all times.
The biggest disappointment especially for the kids was the patchy wifi internet connection because of which we had to rely on mobile data all the time. This also restricted usage of apps on the TV installed in one of the upstairs bedroom. The TV in the living room was an outdated one and reception to the free to air channels were poor. My family is allergic to dust and it was pretty evident the villa needed a deep clean and an upgrade.
